In Scope Consulting has had the opportunity to support the United States Marine Corps since the summer of 2021 as they went live on the Defense Agencies Initiative ERP system. Our consultants were at the forefront of the conversion from the legacy financial management and accounting system SABRS and helped get the Marine Corps through the early stages of the implementation and successful audit. In Scope has provided support and served in leadership roles for business process rengineering, various working groups and tiger teams, change management and training, Standard Operating procedures development, Audit Walk throughs, Reports development, Advana reporting and Data Analytics and visualization efforts.
